Visiting Hours
St George’s Hospital welcomes patient visits by family and friends. To promote the comfort of all our patients, visitors are asked to keep their visits brief.
Please observe the following visiting hours when planning to visit a patient:
Surgical Wards
11.00 am - 12.00 noon
2.00 pm - 4.00 pm
7.00 pm - 8.00 pm
ICU/Cardiothoracic
ICU - Flexible times can be arranged depending on the patient's condition. Please check with the Charge Nurse.
Cardiac/Cardiothoracic - patient compulsory rest period between 1.00 pm - 3.00 pm
Strictly no visiting between 1.00 pm - 3.00 pm
Maternity
2.00 pm – 7.30 pm (these hours are strictly adhered to)
No visiting allowed outside these hours
All visitors to the Hospital are asked to vacate the building by 8.30pm.
